 Exchanges 

At Petry, we facilitate product exchanges under specific conditions. Customers have the option to exchange their purchased product(s) for a different size or colour. The most efficient method to initiate an exchange is by accessing our website and acquiring the preferred size or style through a new purchase. The newly selected product(s) will be dispatched promptly, typically within 1-3 business days.

To qualify for an exchange, the product(s) must be in original condition, unworn, and must be returned in the original packaging without any damage. Petry will not entertain exchanges for product(s) that show signs of wear or damage. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Petry retains the right to decline exchange requests due to reasons such as a change of preference, dissatisfaction with the size, or design of the product(s), or if the product(s) serve no practical purpose.

Customers are required to initiate an exchange request within 10 days of receiving their product(s).

To proceed with an exchange, kindly follow the outlined steps below:

  1. Initiate the exchange process by contacting us at "contact" page. Provide details such as the reason for the exchange, order number, your name, and the specifications of the size and colour you intend to exchange.

  2. Visit our website, make a purchase for the desired size/colour of the product(s) you wish to exchange.

  3. Return the unwanted swim brief(s) by sending them to the following address:

Upon receiving the returned product(s) and confirming their unworn status in the original packaging, we will issue a refund for the swim briefs, excluding postage costs.

Please be aware that all expenses associated with exchanges, including shipping fees, Customs clearance and/or processing charges, or any other relevant costs, are the responsibility of the customer. This encompasses the shipping costs for returning the product(s) to Petry and delivering the replacement product(s) to the customer.

Returns and Refunds

In the case of faulty or incorrect product(s), Please return any faulty or incorrect products & Petry shall provide a full refund or offer replacement product(s). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method or service used for the initial purchase. Petry will reimburse shipping costs only if all items from the order are returned.

Reasonable shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning faulty or incorrect product(s) to Petry will be reimbursed.
